Welcome to the website for Trinity Lutheran Church and School. Visitors are always welcome at this site, just as they are within our church.
Trinity is located in Minocqua, Wisconsin on Hwy J about 2/3 mile East of Hwy. 51. The address is 8781 Brunswick Rd, Minocqua, WI 54548 and the telephone number is (715) 356-2255.
Our worship services are held each Sunday morning at 9:00 am and Monday evenings at 6:30 pm. During the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) we also have a Saturday evening worship service which begins at 6:30 pm. Sunday school and Bible Class are held during the school year (September through May) beginning at 10:20 am on Sunday mornings.
Services are also held at 3:30 pm on the second Tuesday of each month at the Avanti Nursing Home (formerly Dr. Kate's) in Minocqua.
Visitors are always welcome at Trinity - please join us.

“Come and See”
That was Jesus’ invitation to Andrew and another disciple. They went and saw, through his teaching, that he was the promised Savior. “Come and see.” That was Phillip’s invitation to his friend, Nathaniel. Through his teaching and miracles, Nathaniel was led to believe that Jesus was the promised Savior. “Come and see.” That is our invitation to you.
On Thursdays at 6:30 pm Trinity is offering a special Bible Information Class that will be exploring the basic truths of the Bible. This class offers a wonderful opportunity for those who are interested in learning what we at Trinity teach and believe. Everyone in the community is welcome (actually encouraged) to attend.
“Come and see” what God has done to make us his people, keep us as his people, and strengthen us to live as his people now and forever. The class meets in the classroom off of the fellowship hall. You don’t need to bring anything except a writing utensil and your questions. If you would like additional information, just call the church office at 356-2255. We look forward to seeing you this Thursday evening.

 Preschool Registration PacketsRegistration packets are now available for those interested in Trinity’s Preschool for the 2010-2011 school year. The 3 and 4 year old programs are available to those who will turn 3 / 4 by September 1, 2010. Packets can be obtained from the school office or by calling 356-2255. We encourage you to register as soon as possible as class sizes are limited.

 Basketball Tournament
On Saturday February 6th Trinity will host its’ 7th Annual Northwoods Classic Basketball Tournament. Teams will be competing from Schofield, Rhinelander, and Eagle River. The 3rd-5th grade teams will tipoff at 9:00 am with the 6th-8th graders following at 1:00 pm. Everyone is encourage to come and cheer on their favorite teams.

Not A Problem
If you would like to attend any of our worship services, Bible classes or events at Trinity, but don’t have transportation … Just give us a call and we’ll schedule a ride for you. Simply contact the church office at 356-2255 or Bob Butzer at 356-2215 and we’ll take it from there. We really are looking forward to meeting you so give us a call and we’ll come and get you.

A Message From Your Pastor
With the arrival of the New Year it is quite common for us to make resolutions relating to how we will live our lives in the coming year. Perhaps this year you will resolve to lose a pound or two. Or perhaps this will be the year that you will quit smoking. Whether you have already made your resolution or are still thinking about it, Pastor Otto has a suggestion for a resolution we should all make for the coming year.  Time of Grace Ministry
Time of Grace is being broadcast Sundays on Channel 7 (Wausau) at 7:30 am and on Wednesday at 5:00 pm on channel 263 of the Dish network and 369 of Direct TV. This weekly ministry series is sponsored by the WELS congregations in Northern Wisconsin and is intended to serve as an outreach tool to our community.
